Return Policy
Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and any foreign odors, including smoke. They should also be free of makeup stains and include all original tags and packaging.
Any hygiene stickers attached to the garments must remain intact.
Returns that do not comply with our criteria may be rejected.
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours. After your item(s) have been received and inspected by our quality control team, you will receive a confirmation email.
For orders within the US, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, including any faulty products. For international orders, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
